Wayne founded Bedford Lending in 1991. His background spans commercial lending, mortgage banking and business turnarounds. Before Bedford, he founded New England Resolutions, helping businesses negotiate debt settlements and develop recovery strategies following bank failures. He previously worked as a senior commercial lender at a regional New England bank and holds a BS from the University of New England.

His background also includes loan servicing, compliance and SBA lending. At Bedford, he helped establish the healthcare financing business and has underwritten and placed healthcare mortgages through HUD and Wall Street financing sources.
chuckr@bedfordlending.comLisa’s work spans loan structuring, origination and underwriting, with particular experience in affordable housing preservation and recapitalization, including Section 202 and Section 236 properties. She also has financed market-rate apartments, nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Before joining Bedford in 2003, she worked in the nonprofit sector. She holds a BA from New Hampshire College and a master’s from Boston University.

jcarmen@bedfordlending.comKyle leads Bedford’s prequalification and client relations work, helping borrowers and developers nationwide evaluate prospective projects and move active transactions through processing. He works closely with underwriters on financial analysis and loan preparation, and supports Bedford’s originators in developing new business. Kyle also built the company’s internal client-management database and original public website. He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire.
kylej@bedfordlending.comGreg brings more than four decades of experience in commercial real estate, construction, engineering, asset management and tax consulting. He founded Bedford Cost Segregation in 2002 and led the firm through more than 14,000 cost segregation studies before its 2021 merger with Source Advisors, where he subsequently served as Senior Managing Director. Greg was the first president of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals and is an ASCSP Certified Member. He has written and spoken extensively on cost segregation, depreciation and real estate tax incentives.
